National Growth Plan
Scaling to Reach More Children Across the Country
Growing Friends of the Children’s impact in the Klamath Basin is part of our national three-pronged strategy to reach 7,500 children in the most vulnerable circumstances. This strategy includes:
- Growing capacity at current sites to reach 40% more youth
- Expanding to new sites across the country
- Sharing what works, our evidence-based practices, tools and resources with other social non-profits
This scaling strategy was central to Friends of the Children winning the Social Impact Exchange’s national business plan competition. The competition identifies social sector scaling initiatives with demonstrated impact and readiness to scale.
Now, Friends of the Children is launching a national $25 million expansion fund to finance the scaling plan.
