Robert is the Executive Director of Chiloquin Visions in Progress (CVIP) and serves as a City Councilor for the City of Chiloquin. Through his leadership in both nonprofit and local government roles, he has worked to strengthen opportunities for youth, families, and rural communities across the Klamath Basin. He is passionate about building partnerships that create long-term positive outcomes for children and families, especially in underserved rural communities.
